1. Introduction
Welcome to Water Purifying Solution SA. By browsing our website and purchasing our water purification liquids, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Product Usage and Disclaimer
Our water purification liquids are intended strictly for the treatment of water as directed on the product label. You must strictly follow the label instructions regarding dosage and safety. Water Purifying Solution SA is not liable for any illness, injury, or damage caused by the misuse, mishandling, or improper dilution of our products.

3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product errors, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspicion of fraud. Available payment methods are processed securely via Fastnet

4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver in South Africa only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate; Water Purifying Solution SA is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrectly provided addresses. Water Purifying Solution SA is also not responsible for theft of packages or carjacking of the courier vehicles.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the safety and consumable nature of water purification liquids, all sales are final. We only accept returns or process refunds if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Please notify our team within 72 hours of receiving your order via our Returns Center.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Water Purifying Solution SA, its directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our water purification liquid products.
